Mechanism of Action

Targets/IC₅₀/Ki	β-catenin
In vitro	MSAB impedes RAW264.7 cells and human PMBCs differentiating into OCs. This compound decreases the expression of β‐catenin in RAW264.7 and ARP1 WT cells.
In vivo	MSAB (10-20 mg/kg; i.p. daily for 2 weeks) inhibits tumour growth of Wnt-dependent cancer cells in xenograft mice and MMTV-Wnt1 transgenic mice.
